Only administrators can activate a connector. The runtime must have an approved DNS allowlist and protected read-only credential file.

Signed ticket receipts

Select an enabled vendor adapter to run a read-only lookup after a signed callback. The application records the evidence but does not alter external tickets.

Production readiness

A sandbox demonstration and matching vendor response are not sufficient for production acceptance. Complete PostgreSQL disaster-recovery tests, live IdP and endpoint verification, enterprise browser tests, and rack engineering signoff.
