Trial: New organizations can evaluate Professional features for a configured trial period. Paid access is activated only after a verified billing-provider event.
Existing data: Expired or canceled plans do not delete users, racks, tickets, or data. Administrators can renew billing to restore write entitlements.
Deployment: This integration requires secure server-side payment keys, a reachable HTTPS webhook endpoint, price IDs, and provider reconciliation before live subscriptions can be sold.
