AI Rack Power & Cooling Engineering

Electrical source tracing · 120 kW design reservations · Liquid cooling · Evidence-driven review
Authenticate to load engineering data. No telemetry or engineering approval is assumed.

1. Electrical source topology

Document upstream infrastructure from utility/switchgear to UPS and PDU/busway. All entries are operator supplied.

2. Rack design and A/B power feeds

A and B each reserve the full design peak for a fault scenario. Downstream / upstream reservations are analyzed against documented source limits.

3. Cooling plant and liquid loop

Flow estimate assumes water at approximately 1 kg/L and 4.186 kJ/kg/K. Glycol mixes, pump head and pressure drops require qualified engineering calculations.

4. Calculated rack assessment

Choose a rack and calculate to view source paths, thermal split, and warnings.

5. Evidence & independent review

The submitted engineering configuration is hashed. Changes to the model or evidence invalidate the prior review.

6. Human-notification handoff register

No external emails, pages, ITSM tickets, or notifications are transmitted. This records the operator's external communication reference only.

Engineering disclaimer: Documented independence is not proven upstream electrical independence. Electrical code review, protective-device coordination, qualified mechanical and liquid-cooling design, controlled failure testing, OEM validations and site acceptance remain mandatory before energizing any 120 kW rack.
